Aprendiendo a comer sano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El s\u00e1bado 10 de mayo la doctora Odile Fern\u00e1ndez imparti\u00f3 la conferencia\u00a0<strong><em>Planificando el men\u00fa antic\u00e1ncer.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Aprendiendo a comer sano<\/em><\/strong>, colaborando con nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>En ella nos ofrece una visi\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n actual del c\u00e1ncer, las claves que deber\u00edamos conocer para entender qu\u00e9 factores de la alimentaci\u00f3n determinan la enfermedad y c\u00f3mo llevar todo esto a la realidad.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando entendemos c\u00f3mo debe ser la alimentaci\u00f3n antic\u00e1ncer, vemos que se trata de una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n cercana a la naturaleza<\/strong>, sencilla, predominantemente vegetal y muy viva. Pero acostumbrados a alimentos industrializados, frecuentemente no sabemos c\u00f3mo elaborar un men\u00fa antic\u00e1ncer y c\u00f3mo integrar esos alimentos que han demostrado cient\u00edficamente su capacidad anticancer\u00edgena y nos explic\u00f3 en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mis recetas antic\u00e1ncer<\/span>: c\u00farcuma, pimienta, t\u00e9 verde, arom\u00e1ticas, verduras llenas de fitoqu\u00edmicos, algas, jengibre, setas, lino, etc. Parece que seremos incapaces de comer sin harinas refinadas, sin az\u00facar, sin precocinados ni enlatados, sin apenas alimentos de origen animal (o ninguno, si lo prefieres). Odile nos ense\u00f1a que se puede, que se debe y que adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>En el video podemos ver algunas fotos de las recetas que aparecer\u00e1n en su pr\u00f3ximo libro (<strong>Mis recetas de cocina antic\u00e1ncer<\/strong>), que esperamos que se publique en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.
