No importa que conserve trozos de ajo machacado debajo del rebozado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-85061-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una vez seco por fuera, pasamos los trozos de tofu por una mezcla que habremos preparado con 4 cucharadas de harina de garbanzo y agua fr\u00eda hasta obtener una textura similar al huevo batido.
