Esperar a que empiece de nuevo a hervir y bajar el fuego, mantener as\u00ed durante 45 minutos. (\u00a1Ojo! acu\u00e9rdate que tienes que remover la mezcla, para que no se pegue).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-82014-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasados los 45 minutos, colar esta mezcla. Para ello, usar una tela quesera y un colador. En el colador quedar\u00e1 la pulpa o okara y en la jarra donde hayamos filtrado, quedar\u00e1 la leche de soja. La pulpa ya no vamos a utilizarla para el tofu, se puede incorporar en otros platos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-82014-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Poner de nuevo al fuego la leche. Cuando empiece a hervir, apartarla y a\u00f1adir el nigari disuelto en media taza de agua caliente. Dejar reposar 10 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-82014-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Escurrir de nuevo esta mezcla por el colador con la tela quesera. \u00a1Ya tenemos la cuajada, la base del tofu! y por otro lado el suero, que podemos utilizar para enriquecer otros platos como las sopas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-82014-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Poner un pa\u00f1o de algod\u00f3n en el molde de tofu y verter la cuajada, ayud\u00e1ndonos con una cuchara. Presionar bien para que no se desmorone el tofu una vez hecho.
