Mezclamos bien y tapamos\u201d. Si tenemos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/recipientes-y-fuentes-para-horno\/716-piedra-para-pizza.html\" target=\"_blank\">piedra de horno<\/a>, la colocamos dentro para que se caliente. Si no, podemos poner la masa sobre la bandeja de horno o bien podemos preparar un molde enharin\u00e1ndolo o colocando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/papel-para-hornear-y-conservar\/781-papel-de-horno-rollo.html\" target=\"_blank\">papel de hornear<\/a>.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-86467-step-1-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Colocamos el pan leudado en el molde o en la piedra caliente (y tambi\u00e9n enharinada). Con un cuchillo muy afilado, hacemos uno o dos cortes superficiales de manera sim\u00e9trica en la masa para permitir la expansi\u00f3n del pan durante el horneado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-86467-step-1-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Llevamos la masa al horno, roci\u00e1ndola con agua con un pulverizador.
