Es el momento de organizar nuestros men\u00fas semanales, para que sean equilibrados y saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace alg\u00fan tiempo nos ped\u00eds <strong>recetas para llevar<\/strong>, recetas para tomar en el trabajo, y es que comer fuera de casa no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser sin\u00f3nimo de comer mal.<\/p>\n<p>En el blog de Conasi pod\u00e9is encontrar muchas recetas <em>take away<\/em>, fr\u00edas y calientes.\u00a0<strong>Lo m\u00e1s importante<\/strong> a la hora de llevar la comida fuera de casa, es <strong>utilizar <a title=\"Principio de prudencia frente a pl\u00e1sticos y BPA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/blog\/consejos-de-salud\/principio-de-prudencia-respecto-a-los-plasticos-y-bisfenol-a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recipientes que no contengan BPA<\/a><\/strong>, lo ideal es utilizarlos de <a title=\"Recipientes de cristal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/recipientes-de-cristal\/1115-set-de-3-recipientes-de-cristal.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cristal<\/a> o bien, pod\u00e9is llevar la comida en fiambreras t\u00e9rmicas de acero inoxidable, que adem\u00e1s de ser un material resistente, mantendr\u00e1 el calor o fr\u00edo de tu plato favorito.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos recopilado varias recetas que os pueden ser de ayuda en estos primeros d\u00edas de vuelta, pero como hemos dicho, en el blog ten\u00e9is muchas
