Gu\u00e1rdalos con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/272-papel-para-hornear-y-conservar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papel de hornear<\/a> entre l\u00e1minas, para evitar que se adhieran entre ellas. Cuando los prepares, prepara muchos, as\u00ed siempre tienes una despensa equipada con s\u00f3lo lo mejor. El mejor momento para preparar este tipo de deshidratados es cuando la fruta es de temporada y la encontremos madura, no s\u00f3lo es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica, sino que tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s nutrientes al ser de temporada.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Otro de estos ingredientes en los que hay que pensar de antemano son los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/50-semillas-para-germinar-ecologicas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brotes y germinados<\/a>, aunque son tambi\u00e9n de lo m\u00e1s sencillo de preparar y hay muchas soluciones pensadas<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/semillas-para-germinar-ecologicas\/1375-bolsitas-brotes-con-semillas-ecologicas-alfalfa-pep-up-life.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> para hac\u00e9rnoslo todo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil<\/a>. Lo mejor es que al consumir brotes y germinados llenamos nuestro plato de vida, son los alimentos m\u00e1s vibrantes y completos que podamos consumir. Los brotes y germinados los podemos consumir preparados a partir de las semillas, pero tambi\u00e9n podemos tener siempre brotes en casa a partir de ra\u00edces.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Es muy sencillo, s\u00f3lo tienes que colocar una verdura de ra\u00edz, o muchas, en un vasito con agua e ir cambiando el agua cada tres d\u00edas. A m\u00ed me gusta mucho preparar este tipo de brotes, no s\u00f3lo son nutritivos, sino que son bell\u00edsimos y, en casa, no s\u00f3lo embellecen mi cocina, tambi\u00e9n otros rincones de la casa. Mis favoritos son los brotes de remolacha, de nabo y de boniato; pero\u00a0 los puedes preparar tambi\u00e9n de zanahoria, de cebolla, de ajo... Son f\u00e1ciles de cuidar y tambi\u00e9n son de lo m\u00e1s nutritivos. Combinados con germinados y brotes de semillas a diario nos aseguramos de manera eficaz un plato nutritivo y de lo m\u00e1s equilibrado.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Para este rollito, ver\u00e1s que la masa es muy sencilla, no contiene m\u00e1s ingredientes que un tipo de fruta, por eso a m\u00ed me gusta combinarla con hojas verdes y germinados, que son muy alcalinizantes y que equilibran su sabor, le aportan frescor y le dan un toque crujiente y fresco. Al mismo tiempo, la fibra de los germinados y la clorofila hacen que los az\u00facares de la fruta se asimilen de manera m\u00e1s lenta, as\u00ed conseguimos que esos az\u00facares naturales y saludables nos den energ\u00eda sostenida durante horas.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Tambi\u00e9n me gusta acompa\u00f1arlos con algo de grasas saludables, no nos tenemos que olvidar de las grasas, son uno de los bloques de construcci\u00f3n de nuestras c\u00e9lulas \u2014junto a minerales y prote\u00ednas, imprescindibles para absorber de manera m\u00e1s eficiente el resto de nutrientes en los vegetales y tambi\u00e9n son el alimento favorito de nuestro cerebro y nuestro sistema endocrino.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Para este rollito te propongo una de mis &quot;grasas&quot; favoritas: mantequilla cruda de almendras. No s\u00f3lo es nutritiva y deliciosa, sino que la almendra es uno de los pocos frutos secos alcalinizantes, y muy digestivo. Puedes comprar la mantequilla ya preparada o la puedes hacer en casa con un poco de paciencia y triturando en un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/291-procesadores-de-alimentos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">procesador de alimentos <\/a>haciendo pausas cada 15 minutos durante el triturado para que la mezcla no se caliente. T\u00fa eliges, pero para mayor comodidad existen en el mercado mantequillas diversas: tahini, mantequilla de almendras, de avellanas, de girasol, de pi\u00f1ones, etc... de la mejor calidad. Otra grasa de excelente calidad ser\u00eda un aguacate bien maduro, simplemente chafa la pulpa con un tenedor y a\u00f1ade unas gotas de lim\u00f3n para que no se oxide tan r\u00e1pido y listos, muchas veces, menos es m\u00e1s.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Si preparas este rollito entre semana para disfrutar como tentempi\u00e9 en el trabajo, puedes prepararlo tranquilamente en casa por la ma\u00f1ana antes de salir y envolverlo en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/papel-para-hornear-y-conservar\/781-papel-de-horno-rollo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papel de hornear<\/a> para consumir m\u00e1s tarde, se conserva de maravilla, e incluso es m\u00e1s rico a\u00fan, ya que el mango se habr\u00e1 ablandado un poquito al contacto con los germinados. Y si antes de salir al trabajo es demasiado temprano para ponerse a hacer preparaciones en la cocina, lo puedes preparar la noche antes, envolver en papel de hornear y guardarlo en la nevera. A media ma\u00f1ana estar\u00e1 perfecto.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Lo ideal es encontrar la manera de poder cuidarse y alimentarse con s\u00f3lo lo mejor y lo m\u00e1s natural, pensando en las necesidades que podamos tener a cada momento del d\u00eda.
