Adem\u00e1s, destaca el contenido proteico casi completo para ser un cereal. Por ello, si combinamos la avena con las\u00a0<strong>semillas de ch\u00eda y lino<\/strong>, como en estas tortitas,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>obtenemos <strong>prote\u00ednas de alto valor biol\u00f3gico<\/strong>, es decir, completas<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, estas tortitas tienen un sabor distinto al a\u00f1adir la mezcla de especias <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/infusiones-y-tes\/1235-curcuma-latte-jengibre.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c\u00farcuma latte<\/a>,\u00a0con predominio de c\u00farcuma aportando as\u00ed, <strong>propiedades antiinflamatorias<\/strong>.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Esta receta de tortitas de avena tan deliciosa y cargada de nutrientes, es a su vez muy vers\u00e1til pudiendo acompa\u00f1ar tanto a dulce como salado.
