Innovamos una receta cl\u00e1sica y adem\u00e1s, reducimos el exceso de calor consumiendo la sand\u00eda, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/blog\/consejos-de-salud\/alimentos-refrescantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alimento refrescante<\/a> como recomienda la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conasi.eu\/blog\/colaboradores-especiales\/macrobiotica-aida-lirola\/conasi-consejo-macrobiotica-verano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">macrobi\u00f3tica<\/a> y la Medicina Tradicional China.
